2. No guarantee of release or unblocking
Submitting a case for review does not guarantee that frozen assets will be released or unblocked.
Final decisions regarding restrictions, blacklisting, freezes, redemption, release, or unblocking of assets may be made by stablecoin issuers, cryptocurrency exchanges, financial institutions, courts, law-enforcement agencies, regulators, or other third parties.
UnBanMe does not control those decisions.
3. We do not take control of your assets
For standard case review, UnBanMe does not require you to transfer cryptocurrency to us or give us control over it.
We never require your seed phrase or private key as part of the standard case analysis process.
You are responsible for the security of your wallets, accounts, credentials, and digital assets.
4. Accuracy of information you provide
You agree to provide information that is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Providing false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawfully obtained information may result in termination of review of your case.
5. Third parties
Case review may involve third parties such as Tether, Circle, cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain analytics providers, financial institutions, legal representatives, or government authorities.
UnBanMe is an independent service unless expressly stated otherwise.
We are not Tether, Circle, or a cryptocurrency issuer, and we are not automatically affiliated with any third party mentioned on the website.
